Keep or not to keep cervix?

Thank you so much for all of your support out there and all of your advice. I guess the only reason to keep my cervix at this time is to prevent the callopse of other internal organs and I am really apprehensive as to what it will do as far as sex is concerns. I do not want to have this huge open gap inside me if I decide to keep it?
Or to have my vaginal walls close up and not be able to enjoy it anymore?

I had everything removed including the cervix. I haven't found any difference from before until now even during sex. I don't have the severe pain and pressure I used to experience during daily activities and sex. So, for me removing the cervix as well was a blessing and I have no regreats.
