Lupron & Now Vaginal Atrophy

I am 6 + weeks into my Lupron Shots to stop my Heavy periods until I have my RAVH in early August.
I was thinking that the shot had really shrunk my Fibroids as my Tummy is flatter then it has been in years. The Lupron seems to have shrunk other areas too ;o.
in the last 2 weeks my Hot Flashes tripled & so did my Insomnia & other lupron side effects.
Sex is nowvery painful along with 'my vaginal size shrinking' (even with lubricants)

I plan on keeping my Ovaries.

I am wondering what others might think....Do you think after my surgery & I am off the Lupron & it has time to get out of my System...Will the Vaginal atrophy go away?
Will a vaginal assisted Hysterectomy Be harder because of the VA?
Or wont that matter?
