Got a hematoma!!!

hey there avon queen. i have had marked results with the arinca. the doc told me that it would take months for this thing to absorb, because of it's size, density, and age. they actually said that they didn't know if it would reabsorb for sure. boohoo. any way, it has gone from the size of a large grapefruit, to the size of a large orange in 4 weeks. i am happy about that. there are no external signs of my hematoma. it is in too deep. i like the arnica pellets because they go everywhere. it is a supplement for bruising. i figure, so does my herbalist, that it will only help. if i cannot see this one, there might be other bruises in there, and i don't want to treat only one side of it anyway. i do take some other supplements. these things actually work for me, as opposed to the pain meds that i feel only mask the symptoms. i went to the health food store, because i believe they have stronger, and more pure ingredients than the grocery store stuff. i was told by my great guy who is a pharmacist and a liscensed homeopath to purchase:
1. arnica pellets
2. "Now Foods-Eco Green Multi Vitamin"
3. "Nature's Way-Bone, Flesh and Cartilage" (it is a combo of different barks, roots, leaves, and flowers)
4. "Nutrition Now-Flax Seed Oil" (this is for my skin as it got very dried out post op)
5. "Nutrition Now-PB8" (it is Pro Biotic Acidophilus. It is simply good bacteria that replaces the same good bacteria into your system that antibiotics kill. it is really good for digestive health. I was diagnosed w/ IBS 4 years ago. I started taking this, and have never had to take any IBS meds. You can also get the same acidoplilus from a good yogurt. I just take the pill, because it has more of the bacteria than any other yogurt.

Please remember that this is for my body. I am in no way saying that everyone else should follow my plan. That would be up to each individual. I do believe that these herbs and supplements are very powerful, and should be taken with the advice of a person with knowledge in this area. I have had nothing but success that I do not believe I would have gotten w/ traditional medicines. good luck sisters

Got a hematoma!!!

I just came back from my blood test. You should see the bruise I got from where she tied that elastic band on my arm. I can't believe it. It's all blue and the size of a quarter. I picked up some Arnica cream. I have the Arnica pellets. I'm also taking Bellis Perennis pellets. I'm have the omega capsules that have the flax seed oil in them. This is very good for tissue repair. I don't have an yogurt. Will get DH to get me some when he gets home.
I'm having painful bowels spasms when I have to go. Like a razor cutting my bowels...sorryTMI. This healing is not going to plan at all. I'm keeping my spirits up and I'm not going to cry. My golden retriever has not left my side since I've come home. My healing dog. DH comes home from New York tonight. I can't wait to see him. I'm here alone all week by myself.
I drove to the lab and store this afternoon. Was gone for 2 hours. I drove slow like a little ole lady. I'm ok. Just going to have my lunch and then put the heating pad on for the afternoon. Lets fight this thing will all the natural remedies and healing we can find. No surgery for us!!!!! Thank you sooooo much for your advice and support. I really do love all my sisters on this site.

Got a hematoma!!!

I am now 3 weeks VALH and had bruising down my right side from my ribs to my pubic bone. My doc also said he didn't expect it. I had a lot of scar tissue removal with my surgery. Could that be the reason for my hematoma? The doc just said it was a hematoma and apply moist heat. But now I have a hard - flat lump completly down my right side and it is sooo painful. I feel I will be in pain forever.
What should I do?
