Gas pain 10 days post hysterectomy (TAH), is this what I am feeling?

Hi sisters,
A number of people have mentioned gas and bloating being an issue. I am having what I think are gas pains. Sometimes gas is expelled and sometimes not. The pain isn't constant but more a rolling pain that comes on every so often. I am 99% sure this is normal. I have had some normal bowel movements without much pain, have been taking fiber, drinking lots of water, tried gas x, and a stool softener. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi iam in my 4th weak!!!and still suffer from gas! I think it is very normal!xxx

22 days post op and still have gas pains. I eat gas x like candy and walk to make it pass & I breath like having contractions I had IBS w/constipation before surgery & I take amitiza daily and drink prune/apple juice. Hang in there - mine less often and less severe.

Thanks so much. This makes me feel better. My bowels are slow but are working. It all just feels weird.

I have the worst gas pain now than I ever did. Gas-x is my friend now...
