4 weeks and spotting...over did it?

I was 4 weeks Friday. Finalky, most of my pain has left. I still have some sharp shooting pains and achiness but it is sooo muv,ch better than the previous weeks. Oh yeah, also dealing with extreme exhaustion. Anyway, yesterday my boyfriend took me shopping for some new clothes to accomodate my new swelly belly and then I went to get my hair done. Afterwards I took at 3 hour round trip to see my daughter in a beauty pageant. I was really tired and achy when I got home. I woke up today with some spotting and I am so tired....do you ladies this that I overdid it?

Yep! You did. I had my surgery two weeks before Christmas and once I was able to get around okay (barely lol) I went shopping. The next day I was on the couch sleeping most of the day. I spotted now and then too when I over did it. Pamper yourself today and the next few days but putting your feet up, grabbing a good book, and relaxing. I'm at week 8 and still EXHAUSTED so take it from me and rest now! You will be glad you did. And don't worry...that swelly belly will go away. I didn't know about it for some reason and about died when I got home from the hospital and could not put my pants on. REST!! Even the things we think are nothing like sitting in the car on a road trip is stress on our body.
