Can violent vomiting do damage 6 months after surgery?

My lovely 2 and 3 year old had the stomach flu over the weekend today I have it. I have never vomited so violently in my life. During I felt a 'pull' across my abdomen. Also totally peed my pants as if everything else wasn't enough

Anyway hours later I have pain in my low abdomen and low back. Pain like I had when I had done too much closer to surgery. Could I have done damage internally?

I don't think this far out that you have done any damage, but you could have pulled a muscle.

I've read, where possible to sit when vomiting to help as we bear down on our pelvic floor muscles. I feel for you as I dread vomiting bugs. Rest if you can and should the pain persist go see a doctor. Maybe put a nice heated pack on your belly as this might loosen up tensed muscles from all that vomiting. Hope you feel better soon.
