12 Hours and Counting!!
9:30 tomorrow morning is D-Day!! This is my 3rd surgery date in 5 weeks!!! Getting nervous now, but keeping myself busy with cleaning and checking out posts from my other sisters.
Just can't wait to feel like a real person again!!!!

All the best to you for a speedy recovery! Think positive, happy thoughts! Relaxation breathing techniques also helped me when I had my TAH on 7/2.

How did you apply, or when did you apply your relaxation techniques? Post and pre-op? I have been taking Yoga and practicing relaxation and mediation. My anesthesiologist said that I could bring in my tapes with me on the headphones in the OR.

Both pre-op and post-op - especially pre-op. I was nervous just like you and the relaxation excerises were a great help in getting me ready mentally and spiriturally for my ' journey'.
Post-op, it is really helping me with my recovery.
