I am not sure what the initials mean regarding the various types of surgeries - but mine will be laparascopic assisted vaginal? Well...I may be a little frightened but I am more frightened of leaving this go for years and God forbid, it turns into a real situation. I wish my other hyster-sisters luck if they are on a similar journey tomorrow and I look forward to posting in the Post-Op forum as soon as I can. Thank you ladies for the support - it's such a lonely time...made less so knowing that we are going through this together.
