Re: Fleet enema

Hi,
Well sorry you're having to do bowel prep on Valentines Day! Well I did my enemas (had to do two of them) bent over with one leg on the side of the tub. I gave them to myself, as I didn't want my dh to give them to me. Sorry TMI I know, but trying to help out. I did the enemas a couple of hours after dinner. Make sure you are in or very close to the bathroom when you do this. You MUST hold it as long as you possible can for it to work the best. I didn't go all night, but I did go a few times and it was long bathroom visits too. I did two like my dr instructed, so that I didn't have to have the nurse in pre op give me one. Good luck to you. Oh and you may want to buy some baby wipes, as going so much can make you really sensitive.
