questions about path report

Got back my pathology report and it had some things on it that I did not understand. It says that my uterus and cervix weighed 480 grams and measured 15X10X7 cm and the large fibroid measured 14x7.5x7.0 cm. which I already knew about. But then on the front page it says under final diagnosis -Benign Quiescent endometrium-Leiomyomata-Adenomyosis-and chronic Cervicitis. Any help in understanding what the Leiomyomata and the Chronic Cervicitis would be? Thanks in advance.

My patholgy report had chronic cervicitis,My doc said the cervic had an infection,I'm sorry I dont know about the others,
