Lightheaded & Clammy

Day 6: This morning I sat on the back porch and had my coffee. Hubby decided to do some yard work so I thought I would help - a little. He had some mushrooms that he had kicked up so I got a bag and picked some of them up. I got lightheaded after bending over about three times and felt a little clammy. He walked me back to the porch and I came in to the cool house (it's low 80s and very humid here). Still a little clammy above and below my lip and my hands are as well. I feel fine and am not running a temp. Just wondering, since I have to replace my patch on Monday, if this is just my hormones adjusting. Am getting ready to eat some soup. I don't think I am eating enough because I have lost a few pounds.

Re: Lightheaded & Clammy

Probably just adjusting. I took first estradiol pi ll last night felt dizzy and a little head pain too where I had to lie down. Guess all this is normal since our bodies are still adjusting
