tailbone pain after delivery- now this!!! HELP!!

HI- I'M NEW TO THE SITE AND YOU ALL SEEM SOOOO HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE. I WAS WONDERING IF ANY ONE IS GOING THROUGH OR EXPERIENCED WHAT I'M GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW. I'M 25 Y.O. AND DELIVERED MY DAUGHTER VAGINALLY IN DEC, 2003. I HAVE BEEN IN SUCH SEVERE PAIN SINCE. THE WHOLE ROOM HEARD A "POP" WHEN I WAS PUSHING HER OUT. I AM HAVING PAINS IN MY TAILBONE BUT NO DRS CAN FIND OUT WHATS WRONG. I CAN'T EVEN SIT W/OUT PAIN. NOW I WAS JUST DIAGNOSED W/ LARGE FIBROIDS WHICH WOULD EXPLAIN WHY I'VE HAD MY PD SINCE SEPTEMBER. DR. PUT ME ON HIGH DOSE B/C TO CONTROL BLEEDING AND ITS MADE IT SOOOO MUCH WORSE . YEST., I WENT IN FOR PRE-OP FOR TVH - ITS ALL HAPPENING SO FAST. I GUESS I'M POSTING JUST TO SEE IF ANYONE HAS ANY EXP. W/ THIS SAME SITUATION. I JUST FEEL LIKE NOONE AROUND ME UNDERSTANDS THE PAIN I'M IN- B/C I HIDE IT VERY WELL. I FEEL LIKE IF I GIVE INTO IT , IT WILL TAKE OVER ME. I AM ALSO CRUSHED THAT I AM HAVING A TVH AT 25.I'M REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THE FUTURE. ANY HELP OR SUPPORT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Hi and I am sorry you're having such a hard time and that your doctor isn't able to find out what's causing your pain yet. I just wanted to let you know that I am 26 and am about to have a hysterectomy, so I understand your concern.

Though I don't know exactly what may be causing your pain, hopefully someone will send you a post soon that can point you in the right direction and solve your mystery.

You are not alone--I had my son 9/1/00 and it was a horrible delivery to say the least--since then I have never been able to just sit down and driving is the worst--I finally started complaining about a year ago and went for MRI's and Cat Scans and NOTHING turned up--I was devasted not understanding how I can feel so much pain but yet no-one knows what it is----at my pre-op the doctor told me that several people have complained about tailbones due to the endo--well I had my LSh 2/24 and I was looking forward to releif from every end--and in the past 2 days I have noticed that it did not go away---I had both ovaries removed and understand endo can not continue to grow so even though the doctor may not have seen the endo or was able to remove it then maybe in a couple of months I will feel beter--I am only 27 and understand how you feel---please feel free to pass on any new information you find out.
