Nov. 20th coming fast!

I am nervous, happy, excited, scared!
Thankfully, I am busy this week with getting ready for my daughters 4th bday party saturday and kinda busy next week too!
I will miss my little princess for 4 days but I know she will be in good hands and will visit.
Thankfully, her and I will be staying with my parents the week or so after as we have two big dogs at home and one loves to cuddle with me - the other one would but can't get on the bed anymore!
If anyone has any last minutes suggestions for me that would be great!

Stay busy! The 2 weeks before my surgery are like a blur now because they went so fast. Pamper yourself any time you get a chance. Make a few meals for the freezer. Relax. Spend time with the DD. You will be fine. I had an uneventful trip and actually feel pretty good 8 days post-op. Good luck to you!

I too am scheduled for the castle on November 20th! What time is your surgery set for? I am in for 8:30 a.m. as of now (keeping my fingers crossed).

With 12 days to go I am finding that all this spare time I had has gone away.

I am scheduling a pedicure for the day of my pre-op and then my dh is taking me out of town for a night the weekend before the surgery.

I have nighties packes, panties, have to get pads, chap stick, lotion, a bit of makeup, pillows, slippers, my robe and my back scratcher.

I am with you. Nov 20th is the big day for me as well and I can't seem to wait. I too have been trying to stay busy but that seems easier said then done, because my mind always races backto the up coming surgery.

I am sure we will both do fine - that is if the waiting doesn't kill us first.
