LAVH: May 3 is coming up so fast!

Hi ladies! My big day is approching fast. Yes my anxiety is mounting! My problem is that I have a serious problem releasing control. I always feel like I have to be in control of everything, even though I full understand GODS in control of every aspect of life. So here the question why I'm I so freaked out then? I have a big susport system, but truley I dont like depended on anyone. I like to do things for myself. The not know part of having this surgery is what scares me. This web sight has helped me see your stories (good/bad ones) and I thank you all for sharing! Does anyone else have a problem releasing control, if so how do you turn it off?? I would run the OR if they let me!! LOL

Haha. I think you just described me. I am a control freak. My daughter is 11 and a competitive gymnast so I have been trying to make arrangements to get her to the gym while I am down. We have national is June so I'm hoping to be able to go and enjoy that.

Cleaning the house and preparing food is next. My husband will be home for the first few days but then he has to go back to work. I have to find a way to turn off the control freak in me.
