Vulva Pain won't go away

Hello Friends,
It has been 14 weeks. Suddenly developing pain at the clitoris. If my pants seam hits it yikes, I get a jolt! I have been applying neosporin, it just won't go away. Nothing is swollen or red. ALso been tired with no desire to do anything. Calling doc, but need your expert advice. I was left with one ovary. Is it hormonal ?

I haven't had any pain since my surgery but right before my period pre-surgery I sometimes had a sensitive clitoris and could not stand for it to be touched. I never put anything on it and it would usually go away after 2-3 days or so. I would call if it doesn't go away soon.

It could be hormonal, an infection, a dryness issue, the list goes on and on. I hope your doc has some answers for you.
In the meantime...have you considered skirts?

My opinion is to stop the neosporin. I think it is not water soluble and down there that might not be good. Kind of like the same reason you don't use vaseline as a lubricant. If anything, use something like Vagisil or some other feminine product. Best bet is to call your dr. If you have been that sensitive for so long, it sounds as if you might have something that needs to be looked at.
