Here's what I would have liked to have wrote....

"How about a little nip and tuck while you're at it...."

or

Surgery Type: SAH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Time to be creative...I wanna write a note to the dr. on my tummy...

I am toying with a post-it:

Agenda
I. Remove uterus
II. Inspect ovaries and cervix; retain if in satisfactory condition
III. Close carefully
IV. Awaken gingerly--this patient is a bear when she wakes up!

Suggestions for additions/improvements?
