Leaving for the hospital in less than an hour....scared.

I know it is probably stupid to feel so scared. I certainly have discovered in the past few weeks how many women undergo hysterectomies. It is hard not to think about the worst that could happen. I feel silly telling anyone else this - but I know the ladies on this forum will understand how I feel. I kissed my kids goodnight last night with a lump in my throat. I'm saying a prayer to Jesus and leaving everything in His capable hands. Thinking of all the other women who are facing this today as well. See you all on the other side.

I had mine 3 weeks ago and felt the same way before I went in. I just wanted that moment of when I wake up in the recovery room. When I did wake up I said a prayer. All will go well!
