Did anyone have adenomyosis with pelvic/vaginal pressure that resolved after hysterectomy?

Stage IV endo & adenomyosis. TAH upon suspicion of ovarian cancer (negative). Removed cervix, ovary (one already out), tube. Always felt the pressure/heaviness/pulling sensation, and assumed it was endo adhesions. Biopsy of the uterus found adenomyosis. Despite not having any of those organs anymore, I still feel the pressure and heaviness, which gets worse when I'm walking, to the point of needing pain medication. I'm 6 weeks post op and still healing, so I'm attributing it to having such an invasive procedure and hope it gets better as time progresses.
