Side Sleeper and Naval pain

Hello Sisters,
I had a TLH on December 23rd. I have really not had any pain but now there is pain on my left side as well as my naval. When laying on my back with a pillow there is no pain but when I go the sit up there is pain in my stomach. Any suggestions as to what you think this is? Hopefully this is not the beginning side of a hernia.

I had that pain on week 2 and 3. It concerned me too. It sent away by resting and alternating heating pad and cold packs. It would start when I over did it or over extended myself by reaching for something too often.
