Today's the day and I feel like my heart is about to beat out of my chest. Can't sleep and surgery is 7 hours from now, nervous and scared ugh...got to keep telling myself I will survive! See u all on the other side!

...and yes you will!!!!! Sorry I saw this now and with the time zone differences being on the other side of the world in Australia, I don't know whether you've already had your surgery or not. (Dr. Who and his claim to 'The Time Lord' is safe from me! ) If you haven't as yet, you'll be just fine and the sisters will be waiting for you on the other side. If you have already had your surgery, Well done! Congratulations! princess and Happy Healings!!!!!!!

Hi: I will survive:I will be in yr shoes soon, but when stressed for my Cancer and other serious reports, I really found taking in slow and deep breaths thru yr nose and letting it out slowly thru the mouth, acts for the most part like a NATURAL TRANQUILIZER, and really RELAXES the MIND and SOUL, u have to do it a few times slowly, to kick in, plus this will really help you on yr drive to the 'CASTLE', and help keep yr heart rate in check!! Works for me! Lot's of caring and warm thoughts from yr understanding HysterSisters will carry you thru to the other side of yr journey!!!! All the best thought's yr way!!!!!
