Gas and bloating, any advice

No one ever warned me about the gas or acid reflux and I was not prepared...I live alone so couldn't have someone pick me up something, all I had was some expired pepto and that helped along with walking around the house everytime I got up for a drink or the bathroom. Days 3-5 were the worst for the gas, then it was gone day 6 on...

I highly suggest anyone be prepared with Pepcid or pepto ready to go!

Hang in there. I had my DaVinci on Feb 4th. The gas in my belly & shoulders has finally gone. I used GasX & stool softeners & mostly ate soup. But I noticed a positive difference every time I had a cup of alfalfa tea.

Get someone to get you stool softners. You can take them twice a day. Also bran muffins. I found i have to be patient and sit there and relax for awhile in order for things to work. Take a good book in! !

In México there is a very common remedy, besides it is delicious. I drank hot chocolate with cinamon, some clove, and some leaves of bay. You are going to burp a lot,but you are going to feel better.

Gas x and no more pain meds worked for me. The pain meds can make your bowels sluggish and the pain.. I thought I was having another kid! So I purchased over the counter gas medicine and ibuprofen. Worked like a charm!
