Went to the doctor this week, as I don't think I am healing as fast as I should. I still am getting swelly belly and tenderness and I had one hot spot below the belly button. Checked me over and did an ultrasound. Everything looked good. Guess I will just have to be patient with the healing process. I am getting night sweats and aching all over. How is everyone else feeling?
I did start walking today and the doctor said I should start some stomach exercises as I have no muscle tone, duh!

Glad everything looked good.
You'll be feeling better soon. Everyone is different.
Me, I went back to the gym today after a 3 month hiatus. Did 20 minutes on the elliptical and a mat pilates class, then went and rode my horse and cleaned stalls.
I"m back to "full throttle" working and playing hard. Energy level is excellent, but I still get a bit of "swelly belly" in the evening. No weight gain, but I"ve definitely lost muscle tone.
Can't complain though, I feel great, and am loving not having periods anymore.

Hi Princess 1
Sorry you're not healing as fast as you would like. I went back to work on Mar. 20th and still get very tired at the end of the day. Also had some spotting after lifting some boxes that I shouldn't have about a week ago. Other than that I'm okay - just not feeling like myself yet, and definitely need to start back into my exercise routine, although the thought of my yoga stretches and positions seems more than my "tummy" can handlle right now.
Keep resting and listen to your doctor and your body. Even though we are at 3 months we still need to pamper the
