Help; Feet legs swollen and have been trying to keep them up but/

But my hind end hurts so bad from being on it so long. I can't stretch out on my side or my tummy. Any suggestions on helping my bottom?

How are you spending most of your time? Are you on the couch? In bed? In a chair?

Maybe try getting up every 45 min. And walk for 15, while walking squeeze your glutes (buttock), one cheek at a time.

What does your Dr. say about swelling?

Hi,

I think you should really talk with your doc. about the swelling to make sure that it is nothing else. I had my surgery on Oct. and I have not had any problems with swelling. Just my back bothers me and some discomfort every now and then. But the one thing I am trying to do is move around, because I noticed my legs feels tight from sleeping or laying around too much. I hope you feel better!

Re: Help; Feet legs swollen and have been trying to keep them up but/

I have a condition that causes me to swell. I've struggled with it for about four years. During the surgery and seven days after I wasn't on my meds that control it and now I am in a mess. I wish the would have been able to keep giving them to me during this whole process.
