Still in pain

Ladies still in pain and still having the bleeding. I went in on the 27th to have a D&C and to get tissue sample due to having too much tissue in the uterus. I have been in pain since i left the hospital, constantly having to have to take the motrin for pain, can someone tell me when the pain or bleeding will stop....should I be concerned?

Still in pain

After a D/C light bleeding may go on for a week or so. However, at this point, you should be feeling fairly good. While needing some motrin at this point is also not unusual, you should not be constantly uncomfortable.

Why not call the doctor today, so you don't have to deal with this over the weekend, possibly with the on-call doc?
