itching hands and feet 3wks post op

Help...Im itching, palm of hands , arms and feet...Had laproscopic hysterectomy..Still have ovaries ..not on any meds...3 wks post op and start itching severely...tried oatmeal baths, benadryl, anti-itch cream...anyone else having this problem:

the bottom of my feet itched a lot, i thought i had athletes foot, but on ly on one foot! The cream didn't help at all. Don't really know if i had it before the surgery or if it is related!

Do you have small blisters on your hands and feet as well? I get them every summer....I think it is due to high humidity. The doctors diagnosed it as dyshydrotic eczema. Mine came back too after the surgery......I'm suspicious that the meds might be a contributing factor, as the toxins are being sweated out through the skin.

I cannot be on corizone creams or pills because I'm allergic to them. I've found that allowing the skin to breath as much as possible helps. For natural eczema remedies I use shea butter or vaseline for cracked or weepy skin. Aloe vera gel is good for infection prevention. Good luck!

I had a rash with tiny blisters and itched terribly. I even itched in areas where it seemed there was no rash. I was told it was withdrawal from the morphine I received. Mine lasted several weeks.
