Healing from a D&C?

Hello,
I am wondering what are your experiences with healing from a D and C? I had it done on Monday and a large mass was removed. I am cramping more today than yesterday and am wondering is bending over and standing up over doing it? What is reasonable to expect?

Re: Healing from a D&C?

Hi butterfly jones

I had a couple of D&C's over the years, and it seemed like the length of time I was crampy was a few days (reminded me of a bad period).

I hope you are feeling better by now. I am sending huge cyberhugs

Re: Healing from a D&C?

I didn't have too much cramping with mine, but was very tired for several days afterwards. Maybe because you had a large mass removed, you're having more discomfort.

Hope you're feeling better today.

Re: Healing from a D&C?

Are you feeling better today? I don't really remember anything major following my D&C. Aches a bit, tired, draggy. But no major pain after the first day.

If you are in a lot of pain, don't hesitate to contact your doctor.
