3 Weeks Post Op LCH today did something stupid yesterday

I have been resting and feeling good. So yesterday I walked 2 miles with Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds. I did pretty mild walks and felt good. However today I still felt good so I did the 3 mile fast walk. Tonight getting ready for bed I noticed I popped open an incision. Should I call the Dr.? Should I just rest and give my body time to recover? I know what I did today was too much. Probably will delay my recovery now. Some advice would be great.

Since you popped open an incision, it probably would be a good idea to give your doctor a call so she/he can advise you about what to do. And yes, listen to you body and rest. Give it a good chance to heal properly. Keep us posted.
