Cyst after Ablasion.

History- Endometrial Ablasion on 3-03-08 (due to nonstop bleeding).

I went for my yearly checkup leat week. I tolked my Gyn that I have been haveing sharp pains on my right side. He sent me for an ultrasound. The tech said that my overies look fine but there was a cyst in my uterus. Have any of you had this. Its only been 2 months sence the eblasion. I an worried. I dont know what to do next. Any advice?

I had fairly heavy, but painless, bleeding during my last pregnancy due to a cyst on the uterine wall which resolved on it's own after a few months....but ususally don't hear much about uterine cysts.

My adenomyosis bled after my ablation and caused blood to pool under my scarred/ablated lining, but it wasn't a cyst. Since the tech gave you the information and not the doctor, why not give him a call or make a follow-up appt. and see what he says and whether it could be the cause for your pain or not. Waiting and worrying sure stinks.

I called the doc. His nurse told me that the cyst was about 9mm. I was told that the cyst was probally coused by the ablasion. She also told me that they dont know why I am haveing these pains. I was told to come back in a cupple of weeks if I am still hurting.

Sounds frustrating.
