Still bleeding at 5 weeks

Hi Ladies,
Just a question. I am 5 weeks post op and I am still bleeding some times more than other times. I notice that I bleed more in the evening than in the morning. When will this end. Sometimes it is darker than other times. Sorry to be so graphic. Any advice!

Some light spotting is normal,bright red is not. Also you can cause this by doing do much,stay off feet fo awhile see if better. Call dr if concerned,even if it is easter,that's their job. Hope you feel better!

Some of us have this bleeding for six weeks and even a little more. If the blood is dark, almost brown that means it's old and not fresh bleeding, which is a good sign.
You might want to slow your pace a little if you can and see if you can let whatever it is heal up. You might find when you see your dr again that you have some granulation that won't heal up all the way without being treated. Have you called and asked about this? If not you might want to call and tell them you are still having bleeding and see what they think. I hope it stops soon for you. I know this gets old.
