What did your adenomyosis feel like?

Thanks for your post. You made me feel better because my leg pain started creeping back in two days ago. It's not as bad, but I was worried that it was going to get worse. I couldn't handle the thought of having gone through all this just to experince the same pain all over again. You helped me keep my fears in check!

Hi Dee,
I'm glad I could help you. The heating pad really helped me and I know it did other ladies. Some other ladies told me they used ice. I know because of my job a lot of it was simply being on my feet all day. When I first went back to work I was in bed reading, grading papers, or relaxing by 6 or 7 each night with that heating pad. Actually it is still plugged in and next to my bed, but I haven't used it in months. I guess those nerve pathways keep it up even after the stimuli for the pain is gone. I wonder if having swelly belly also had something to do with it because I had a bit of that too. Anyway, best wishes for a speedy recovery!
