Hrt?

I am 24 and about to have a TAH on August 2....what does everyone take for HRT? I want to take the most natural thing I can... any suggestions?

Sorry you have to deal with all of this so young. I have been taking Estrodial in the smallest dose they make and so far, knock wood, it has been working really well for me. It is a patch that they put on as soon as the surgery was done and I haven't had any kind of menopausal symptoms whatsoever. You might want to check with your doctor about bioidenticals. They are HRT's made from plants and minerals, rather than chemicals. I think the jury is still out on whether or not there is a benefit to the bioidenticals over the standard HRT treatments, but I plan to discuss it with my doctor at my post-op visit.
