TAH Cramps 11 months post hysterectomy

I hope I'm posting this at the right place...I had a TAH & my right tube removed on 10/29/15. Last week I thought I had an ovarian cyst (right lower pelvic pain) & earlier this week I thought I had a yeast infection. Aside from the pelvic pain, I've also been very irritable, I've got cramps (abs, lower back & thighs) like period cramps, I'm retaining water & I'm also peeing a lot. I also get contraction like waves of pain both in my pelvis & vagina. I talked to my GYN a few months after my hysterectomy regarding cramps I was having then & he said it was normal, but this definitely isn't the same. This is reminding me of my pre-hysterectomy cramps, especially with OTC pain meds not helping. Anyone else experience this? Also, I *think* I maybe going through menopause as I've been very edgy & hot flashes have been crazy. Thanks!
