Re: almost 6mo post op wanting to know about hot flashes /cold flashes

Hot and cold flashes have been driving me crazy too. I am also in menopause without hrt due to endo. I felt like I knew what it was like when the hot flashes would come on, but lately they have been more intense and make me dizzy and nauseous. Sometimes I feel so anxious about it all, but I just try to take deep breaths and tell myself that my body knows what it's doing. If you are having any concerns that things aren't normal, than you should contact your doctor.
