TAH 5 wks ago, 2 days at work and have a COLD!!

I was doing SO well! Went back to work yesterday, and within the hour my nose was running and I've been sneezing like crazy. And we all know how it feels to sneeze after this surgery. I'm taking cold medicine (no fever thank goodness), but I am so very sore from sneezing.
After 4 1/2 weeks in the security of my home, I'm thinking maybe I'm allergic to my office at work!!!

Yeah, you're allergic to work, you better stay home!! At least 4 weeks!!!

Your resistance is probably low because of all the trauma your body went through, so it didn't take much for the germies to take hold. Hope you feel better soon, drink your fluids and get extra rest. Take care!
