Bathing ofter LAVH

Hi everyone.
I had a LAVH on August 16th.
Just wondered if anyone knew when I could have a bath.
Would be a nice way to relax and help pass the time, but I have no idea when I am allowed to have one.

I had LAVH/TAH and was told to wait until my 6 wk check up. Nothing internally until then. That includes bathing and swimming. (pool, bath, beach etc). We shall all wait patiently together....

Hi! I had a LAVH and when I went for my 2 week post-op he said I could resume taking a bath. He told me just not to linger a long time. I went home and took a bath that day! I am not a shower person. I guess all Doctor's are different.
