shoulder pain from air bubbles after hysterectomy

I have terrible shoulder pains from air bubbles. Does anyone know of a good remedy for this? I can handle the pain from almost anything else but the shoulder pain is so bad that I have cried 3 different times and even scared the nurses.

After walking, lay flat on your back, bend knees to help abdomen. Also gas x helped me. I cried from the shoulder pain too. That hurts!!

I was just about to ask these questions alsom the gas pain is reaching my collar bones and neck
