What to do?

It will be nice if your hubby can go with you. Even when I have questions written down I sometimes skip some either by accident or because I think they might be silly. Lately I just hand my notes to my Dr. which works well.

I was found to have nodular adenomyosis during my ablation and myomectomy... When my bleeding returned it caused even more horrific cramps than I was used to because the blood was trapped under the scarred lining. My hyst was an easy decision for me because I'd run out of options.

You mentioned expecting to still have pelvic pain... I didn't expect to still have it but I sure do(probably from more adhesions and endo). At least I don't have the horrible embarrassing flooding and cramps though. As far as menopause goes I am doing okay with my HRT and feel more balanced than I did with PMS every month - but I do feel like it has really aged me. I really feel like I've aged a decade this year. Even so, I'd do it again because I couldn't go on the way it was. Just a trade-off. I'm better, but certainly not "all better".
Good luck with your Dr. appt. We'll be here for you whatever you decide.

Gentle s,
Beth

What to do?

Monica, that was a wonderful post to read.
I'm inthe midst of these questions. Also whether to have a full Hyter
or Partial [leaving my ovaries in] have gotten that 2nd opinion but still not sure. 2 Gyno's keep the ovaries/one MD remove them..........AGhhh
