2 Weeks Post-Op from Ablation - Cramps

Hi, all,

I'm 2 weeks post op from having endometrial ablation surgery (Novasure). My doc and I decided on this option as an alternative to hysterectomy. I was bleeding, pretty much all year this year, have fibroids, and wanted it to stop.

After the ablation, I felt really good. Except that yesterday I started having sharp cramps --- and light bleeding.

Is this normal? Is this my body trying to have another period without success?

I've been searching on the internet and I keep reading about adenomyosis (I may have misspelled that, sorry).

Anyone else out there who had this done and had cramps afterward?
