Got my pre-op appointment

Well got the call I have been waiting for..my pre-op is feb 26th 7:45AM! grrrrr..seem's like a life time away.
yet just around the corner. Iam glad in a way I got this bladder infection now... in some ways..see my surgereon about infection on Tues to make sure all is gone and I get to ask all the questions I didnt ask when surgery date was set over 7 weeks ago. only 3 more wks to go yippeeeeeeeeeeeee ...hope I survive the wait...SADATE! me now plz!....lol
One good thing happened today had a meeting with my boss at work. He said no problem with my time off work due to surgery.. I'll have a job waiting for me once my recovery is over with as long as I have my Dr. fill out this form saying I am cleared for work and how much I can lift. BIG load off my mind, since I just started this job early Nov/06 and 3 wks later found out Iam in need of this surgery...great timing hey..sighs!

P.S spent all day reading recovery stories yesterday and feel less panicky..mind is a mess an blurr more times tho but taking it one day at a time...but I think I can do this...wait I HAVE to do this!..lol ..

thank to all the sisters that post the happy events in hospital..this helped me so much yesterday reading them when I thought I was going to loose my sanity

I am with you Ang. My preop is Monday (feb19) surgery is March 12....24 days to go...and today was not a good day for me, emotions high and nerves shot.

so happy when i recieved this email from your reply more than i can tell you peanut...plz excuse me for my typing an typo's...iam at a friends house ar the min ..and my mind still wonders in a blur most mins an sec's of the day..i cant not conceeertrate anything for a few mins nevemind hours.. tying to keep busy...this waiting is a killer...lmao and this laptop iam typing on is driving me batty...i keep looking or reaching fo my mouse...iam not at home..not my comp.anyways peanuts i wish you the very best..things will be ok..we are WOMEN...we can survive..and WILL..

My pre-op is set for March 5th. I will go to the castle on the 7th of March to have the deed done. After all that I have gone through to get the date finally set I am really excited. It is only 20 days away.
