Pelvic vascular congestion syndrome

Recently my dr told me I have pelvic vascular congestion syndrome. Which he one isn't sure if he even believes in that condition. And secondly he gave me antibiotics to try to see if it was an underlying infection. After many CBC s done my WBC count is perfect but gave it to me anyway. All they did was increase my pain. He said he wants to try another antibiotic. And then maybe a Heprin regimen. I need advice on what I should do. I saw coil insertions may help but really curious about hysterectomy. Anyone out there suffer from this same issue? Please help.
