Closer it gets, more I dont want it

I was wondering if anyone here has had success with using Progesterone to treat endometrial hyperplasia with atypia?

My doc has mentioned it, but doesn't want to offer it to me because I'm past child bearing age (almost 50).

Closer the surgery date gets, the more I don't want the surgery.

Would love to hear from anyone who has had the progesterone treatment, especially if you're 40 or older.

If you are in doubt of having your surgery seek another opinon. You can always have the surgery when you are ready not pressured into it.

I am seeking a second opinion.. with an oncologist tomorrow, July 11th.

I don't have a lot of faith that the opinion will be any different.. as my gyn setup the appointment.. but we will see.
