Can anyone tell me if they felt they have more energy post op if you had been suffering from adenomyosis?

Re: Fatigue and Adenomyosis

I had both endo and adeno, and I cannot separate out what caused what pain, however, after hysterectomy recovery, I definitely had more energy. I think that was because some of my fatigue was caused by pain and some was caused by being anemic. Once those things went away (or even improved), I had more energy. I hope you do too.

Upcoming hysterectomy: Pre-Op Fatigue and Adenomyosis

I had adenomyosis and fibroids. My energy is much better now. For the first couple of months post op I experienced the fatigue so many women on this site talk about, but around 3 months post op I started to feel much better.

Re: Upcoming hysterectomy: Pre-Op Fatigue and Adenomyosis

I didn't know I had adenomyosis until after the surgery and my first post op appt. I am al out 5 weeks post op and still tired but I think that is pretty normal at this point. I have noticed a drastic change in lower back pain as in there is none, I've been seeing a chiropractor for years and this is the longest I haven't had lower back pain.
