Good idea to use the binder?

Can someone please tell me before I try to purchase the stomach binder ,if it's effective? ?? I really would like to get something that holds my stomach in place and I don't want to carry a pillow around

It is very effective. It has helped support me during recovery and keeps the belly from jiggling while walking or riding in a car.

Get the one with pockets and the cold pads, I got 4 cold pads, I would use 2 cold pads and have two cooling in the freezer. Later on I would use a heating pad the use the binder with the cold pads. It made things much more comfortable.

Also the cold pads here are flexable instead of getting hard like some do.

I was sent home with a binder and I can honestly say that I love mine! Really it is so much more convienent than having to carry a pillow everywhere. I do take it off when I am relaxing in my recliner or up in my bed for a wee bit but if I am going shopping or riding in a car I am most def. wearing it.
