It's me, anxiety girl...

Just an update... For any of you that read my older posts. And anyone experiencing anxiety. I am 4 weeks today, it has been a very rough 4 weeks! I had severe anxiety, ended up in ER with a full blown panic attack. I am on NO HRT, and thought I was going to die. I was reffered to a psychiatrist, that put me on anti anxiety meds. They have worked wonders. My only complaints are pain and pressure in my pelvic area, pain when I sneeze, or get up and down to much. I have been very lucky not t o have hot flases or nught sweats as of yet. So maybe, just maybe this won't be so bad! Wishing all a speedy recovery!
