no treadmill - two weeks post hysterectomy.
I am 2 weeks post surgery. I just had my first follow up with my doctor. She gave me the OK to walk as much as I think I could. However, she was emphatic that I should not walk on my treadmill even with no incline and at a very slow speed. Does anyone know the reason why?

I wasn't allowed to be on the treadmill, either. My doctor said "you women are just too competitive with yourselves. If you were walking 5.2mph, you won't be happy with the 2.5 mph you need to start at and you'll push yourself and injure yourself. Do laps around the grocery store or Target or the mall!"
