Positive outcome, 3 months post hysterectomy
My surgery was Nov 3 and after a dreary recovery (emotional and physical,) I'm pleased to say that I now can't even tell I had anything done and feel 100% normal. Once I got past the two month or so mark; things got so much easier and I no longer can even tell I had surgery (can still see robotic incisions, but that's it.). Stay positive and be hopeful! Sex and orgasms are BETTER THAN EVER, and relax and let your body HEAL for these few short weeks. You have ONE time to heal. Take it easy and be lazy! The grass is greener on the other side!! And no more bleeding or periods!! And thank God for Hyster Sisters!! I truly couldn't have made it without the information and support here.

Re: Positive outcome, 3 mos out
Hi megs- that is so great to hear!
I'd be interested to hear more about your recovery to this point. I am struggling myself at the moment with a slow recovery - now 7.5 weeks and still not really turned that corner yet. Have had some issues along the way.
Finding that everyone is expecting me to be fine by now - patience has run out!
Well good for you - its so lovely to hear this positive news! Hope you have a great 2015!
