Pain now started work & exercise 5 months post hysterectomy

I had my hysterectomy (laprascopic, right overy and f tube removed) 5 months ago. I had wonderful recovery, DR's really happy and I was lucky enough to be able to spend the 5 months, taking things easy and not working and being in a beautiful place to relax nd recover.
I had the op abroad as my partner is a guitarist who works through the winter tourist season in India.

Everything was great, sex was as good if not better, I felt healthy, and had a check up a week before coming back to UK so all good.

I've been back 3 weeks, and have started working, quite sedentary job, but I have to drive and often move/lift files. I also rejoined my fitness club - I used to do pole fitness are op, and was pretty good and strong. I took it easy and low level and felt OK, this was last week. This week I really hurt, llower right side back pain, lower right abdominal pain and after sexI felt a little uncomfortable and sore.

I've stopped the pole for the moment, but can not stop the driving or working.

I don't know where to start re exercise, should I do nothing until the pain maybe goes away (I've spoken to the hospital, but could wait up to 6 weeks to see anyone). Or should I start doing specific pelvic floor and legal (I do a little of these anyway)

I'm really worried I may have torn something either by exercise or lifting.

Any ideas please xx

Re: Pain now started work & exercise 5 months post op

It shouldn't be from the hyster at this point.
I would get your one ovary checked out to be sure of no cysts then get your intestines checked out to be sure eveerything is ok with them
Take care
