Well I had a follow up with my regular dr today and he felt around on my abdomon and said he doesnt feel a cyst on my ovary anymore, so I said...am I having this surgery for nothing? He said no because of my periods the way they are and with a polyp and thickening of the uterus and my family history that he still thinks I should. My GYN is doing more exams at pre-op though. Then I spent Mon night in HORRIBLE pain in my back on my right side where it hurt to even take a breath. Doc says I have a buldging disc from pushing a wheel barrel Sun....now I was only moving dry leaves, it wasn't heavy and my back didn't start hurting until after 5pm on Mon, today it still hurts but not nearly as bad and last night I slept through the night. The pain was from my right side shooting to the front down to my lower pelvis area and somewhat on my right arm. How crazy is that. And then he tells me that if I still hurt on my right side after the surgery that he will want to do a coloninoscopy (sp). I turned 35 in June and haven't been normal since, it is like someone flipped a switch, and he says my abdomen is over loaded with the release of saratona (sp) due to severe trauma that he says I have never totally healed from when I had two babies die during birth, 1995 and 1997. Thank you for letting me vent, I'm just so frustrated and sad......

Oh sweetie

I'm so very sorry for all that you've had to deal with.

My suggestion is that you might want to get a second opinion - especially if you're not certain that this surgery is what is best for you.

You'll be in my thoughts and prayers that all will get better for you soon.
