Yet another question

Can they remove ovaries and tubes during a TVH or does it have to be TAH? I think I will be having TAH because of the enlarged uterus, but wondering.

I had LAVH and had all removed, so I guess it can be done for TVH

Actually, it depends on where your ovaries are located (there's quite a lot of variation - how accessible they are, and whether they are fairly free or strongly anchored to something with adhesions (from endo, from past surgeries, from injuries or illnesses).

I had my ovaries and tubes removed with my TVH four years ago.
