TAH Going back to work too soon?

You're right- I am the breadwinner for my household- my husband is retired, so what happens to my income definitely affects us. Times are so hard these days- so many people out of work! I know one of my friends was really worried about losing her job, so she went back to work a lot sooner than she should have.

My income definitely affects our lives as well. I have 2 girls that I am putting through college and university. I am saving right now for the payment in September.

These types of surgeries should be a given and women should be allowed to have a sufficient amount of time off with pay in order to recover. Elle

Elle, I absolutely agree. The advances in technology are wonderful, but the fact remains that what we have gone through is major surgery, and we deserve the time we need to rest and heal.

I wish there was something we could do about this....hmmmm
